So we went to the Cinema on Monday night, and saw Love and Other Drugs - a romantic comedy with a more serious undertone. The movie is set in the mid nineties and Jamie is a sleazy drug-sales rep, who is happy to sleep with just about anyone (hence his skill at selling Viagra). That is, until he meets Maggie, a young looker with early-onset Parkinsons and a great fear of commitment. Of course, the two fall in love, and the usual cliches start from there.
The movie is quite well filmed, but overall, I was a little disappointed. I'd give it maybe a six out of ten.
