Hamilton Lake, two photos a hundred years, and worlds apart
I walk around Hamilton lake (Lake Rotorua) on a fairly regular basis. Here is a photo I took last night.

Hamilton Lake is Lake Rotoroa, which means "long lake". Lake Rotorua is, you know, the one in Rotorua.
ReplyDeleteThe lake looks so wild and swampy in that old photo, though the fellow in the boat seems to be having a good time.
